this is my current set up, stock PP ecoboost wheels, no spacers, lowered a little and camber is slight as well. not a fan of how much they tuck. but the new wheels will have a slightly different offset at +40mm and a tad wider

not to sound cheap but i ordered xxr559 19x10 +40mm squared. i have coils and camber plates, id like a good mix of daily driver spec / a bit aggressive. im around 2 inches lowered on all 4 atm. but i might want something a tiny bit less aggressive. flush to me means, the tire sits just before or just even with the fender with little as possible wheel gap, without sacrificing the ability to go over speed bumps and slight grades with ease.
You could try a 3mm or 5mm spacer, but I would just bolt the wheels up as is and go from there. Easy to add the spacer later, and could save you a few bucks if you end up not needing/wanting them.

I think anyone can appreciate some cost savings, but I see your point. There also aren't any 10.5" wide wheels that will fit without needing any spacers, unless you have the Cortex offset coilovers. The PF01's stick out a mile on the rear of 05+ Mustangs.

Glad we agree on the bolt on spacers :handshake:
Not to be that guy, but the PP2 wheels are 10.5 with et24. But with that being said they are heavy hard to find wheels. Good info from ya though. I'm just not a fan of spacers as of yet. Just never liked adding gizmos to make something fit. Makes me think of the old "universal" fit wheel days...pure trash.

This was in reference to running square setups, not just at one end of the car. Try to put the 19x10.5" ET24 on the rear of the car and it will stick out considerably. Same deal with the 19x11" ET26 we make for the front of the Mustang. Fits without spacers up there, but will not fit the rear.

Spacers can be used for a number of reasons and they are not all bad. Many track junkies love it so we can rotate our tires and get more life from them.

Oh, I missed that part. You are absolutely correct. I've put my front wheel on the back just to see and they stuck out way to much for me. I definitely understand the value of rotating tires. Thanks for the info.
