Hub Bore on the 33 is 66.6. They are the Rohana Wheels RFX11 20x10
Looks like I would need to drop down to a +22 offset or a + 40 offset for them to fit due to the bore. Looks like a bunch of people on fitment do a 40 offset upfront. Maybe I’ll just buy the spacers to be safe and return if I don’t need.

You need a minimum hub bore of 70.5mm and could run +25 offset on a 10“ wheel in the rear with a couple degree negative camber like I’m running. +25-35 is a solid range

I am not sure you correctly understand what the bore is - it's the diameter of the recess in the wheel that sits on the hub - if it's smaller than hub diameter (which is 70.5mm), you will not be able to install that wheel regardless of the offset.
