Hi, I need help with my 2018 GT wheel alignment. It has Koya rims 20”. The original set of tyres were Bridgestone Potenza 275/30R20 S on Front and 305/30 on back and they wore the inside edge of fronts down to canvas in 25k. Then had them replaced with same tyre and re aligned. Tried different settings and they did the same despite taking it back to be checked and complaining about a strange noise they made when turning. 21k out of them. Have just had a full set of Kumho KH on them (I was tight this time. Still cost over $2k) Same size. Fitter told me to change the camber bolt so it would have more adjustment. Did that. He has fitted and aligned but I can still hear the sound like the inside edge of the tyre catches when turning. The latest alignment feels great to drive but not convinced it’s right yet.
Is it because the front tyres are so wide or is it just an alignment issue? I’ll andd the photos of the wheel alignment stats. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry you're having these issues. Is you car lowered? If so, this can limit the available camber adjustment. Needs to be corrected with additional parts for front & rear.

I’m not sure if it was lowered. I bought it with the Koya rims and wider tyres at 52000kms. We have changed the camber bolts in the front so there is more adjustment.

Sorry I'm not going to be helpful because I don't really know much about this stuff. However I'm not sure if you tyre size is the issue. I have Michelin S4 20x 275x35 on the fronts on a car that's lowered 1 inch with factory camber bolts, this set has over 22,000 km currently and look really good so far. There are so many factors but I know the original Pirelli were rubbish and only lasted 14000km with the the inner tyres to the canvas so perhaps the tyres you have a more susceptible but who knows. My tyre guy has said the performance tyres don't last as long given the car and they will ware in the inner edge first so I've been told you won't get as many kms out of them as your standard car however 21 thousand seems low. I noticed you have magnaride suspension so I don't know if that's a factor. Anyway good luck solving it.
