Short answer is no - the wheel wells are different in the 2021+ Mustangs. Pony parts even provide a note with the order stating to grease up the wheel to get it to fit. Mine doesn't fit in the wheel well properly and lifts up the boot flooring.
That's interesting that the more recent Mustangs are different.

Mine is one of the first deliveries of the S550 and built in Dec 2015. Hopefully like PKs and will fit.

I am facing the same problem (see here https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/spare-tire-kit-for-brembo-brake-stangs.183855/post-3705525). Does yours also have a problem with left-right dimension of the tire/well?

Was looking at CJPonyParts for the note, but apparently they only offer spare for non-Brembo setups (https://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-spare-tire-kit-mustang-2015-2022/p/STTK2/). Do you remember where you saw it?

I have the CJPony Parts Spare fitted in my GT, MY21.5 built July 2021.
Very Snug fit and did raise the floor slightly, not really noticeable after Rubber Boot Mat installed.
