Since I bought the car a little less then a month ago I had a slight alignment issue. I have to keep the steering wheel about 10 degrees to the left in order for the car to go straight. If I hold it straight car starts going right.
Went to dealer last week and they hooked up the units to each wheel and said my alignment was fine so it must be something else... I came back today and dropped it off, got a call about 2 hrs later saying they threw it on the actual alignment rack and found out they don't have a profile loaded in the software for a 2015 mustang, and said to come back in 2 weeks and they'll have it updated by then.

Anybody else have a similar issue/experience? I just find that all very strange since the car has been out for a good amount of time now.

I have no allignment issues, but a number of us have check engine lights that come on intermittently due to a false misfire code. Supposedly it's also a software glitch that will be corrected with an update. Had no idea that allignment has a software profile.

His dealer's alignment rack doesn't have the 2015 specs. Not an ECU software problem.

No issues either. I just a ton of Steeda suspension parts installed and they aligned with no issue. Only took 15 minutes to align it.

First picture is before alignment, second is after.

You can program in custom settings to pretty much any alignment rack. That dealer should just look up the 2015 specs and plug them in as custom settings. Everything is pretty self explanatory for anyone halfway familiar with alignments except the camber on the back. It doesn't look like a typical eccentric bolt and is easy to miss.

They didn't find your rear camber bolts.

Finally took her in 2 weeks ago since the service manager obviously did not remember to call me when they got the profile. Turns out I wasn't crazy and the toe was off by a bit. Fixed under warranty, just wish it didn't take 3 visits to the dealer to get it done. Thanks everyone for your replies.
