WhatsApp Number in every contact!

This is so annoying, when I click on a contact to dial their number, even if they just have one number, I have to choose between the regular number or the WhatApp number. How to get rid of this annoyance and just have their default number dial right away?

Talking about my Sync3 in my Mach 1 by the way.

I don't have WhatsApp so I don't have that issue. Sorry I can't be more helpful, maybe someone else will have some better insight, sounds like perhaps a WhatsApp config issue?.

This sounds like WhatsApp dug into your contacts and added fields for the WhatsApp number for known contacts. You will have to make sure that feature is off first, then manually remove those fields from each contact that has it. This is not a problem with sync, it’s doing what it’s supposed to, showing the contact info it gets from the phone.

Its not a Whatsapp number, its your app in your phone. Whatsapp can be used to make regular phone calls, too. Either uninstall Whatsapp, or figure out how to disable Whatsapp on your phone.

Why not just use voice commands? "Call Joe Smith on cell."
