Hello Folks,
I've been having the "Whatsapp" call dis connectivity on Sync 3 of my mustang 2016 Prem since the beginning. The call only stays on bluetooth for few seconds and disconnects from bluetooth. We then have to take it off Bluetooth and talk from the speaker phone.
I assumed it was an issue with my Samsung S6 edge. I updated my phone to Samsung S7 edge and still have the same issue. I now thought this could be a Sync issue so I updated Sync with Android auto and guess what... The issue still remains.
I have reset Sync and no effect. Has any one faced this issue and how can we fix it ?
