Our specific choice in artists would vary a bit but I am definitely on your level of diversity when it comes to tunes. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Both new and old, main stream and independent, Rock/Hiphop/country(insert every known sub genre here) both left and right and news talk radio/joe rogan podcast.I'm probably have one of the most diverse playlists.
Lady GaGa
Skirllex
Distrubed
Duran Duran
Five Finger Death Punch
Krewella
PittBull
Lil Wayne (I'll make it rain on ya like a Window pane)
Anyting that has a good beat and makes me want to drive the wheels off it.
I must say I'm loving the factory base head unit and plan on only changing out speakers. Going to start with just replacing the rear deck speakers with a set of 3 way pioneers with appropriate wattage range for the stock head unit. All I have to do is load up a usb stick with like a hundred albums, shove that sucker in the dash and done. It's smart enough to navigate via artist/albums/etc and quickly get to what music you want. I was hoping and praying it would be fluid and quick to access files, but surely didn't think I'd be so lucky. My lack of faith in technology being fluid had me assuming I would be able to do nothing more than have thousands of songs on random shuffle, or need to scroll through tracks 1-5,000 one at a time in complete basic alphabetical order of every file.
Thank you ford. My road trips and daily grind are going to be the best they've ever been.
