I noticed that here in Australia, Ford offer the Mustang in a colour called "Yellow Peel". But looking at the Ford US website, the only yellow listed is "Grabber Yellow". Are these two different colours, or just different names for the same colour?

It's the same color, just with a different name. The paint code is the same (CB).

In the US, it seems it had a placeholder name of Yellow Peel as this is what it was first reported as being called (the name and code showed up on a paint supplier website).

I've no idea why they still called it Yellow Peel in Australia though, as even here in the UK it's Grabber Yellow.

In the same vein, over here the metallic red is called Lucid Red, yet its Rapid Red in the US. Again, same colour, same paint code, different name. Strange.

Interesting. Here in Australia it's Rapid Red.

By the way, how come in the UK, the GT only has 533 Nm (393 lb-ft) of torque? Here in Aus we have 556 (410 lb-ft).

That's possibly due to the GPF (Gas Particulate Filter) required for the latest EU emissions regs.
