I'd say that LCA bearing and FR knuckle bearing, plus CB005 are the absolute must for any car even you don't want dampers and springs.

You're near BMR, get those two bearings done...you're over the hill on the most annoying factor, installation.
New to the IRS, I take it the bearings are crap from factory?

Yeah, they are (and they're bushings). Go checkout the thread about the Steeda LCA and diff, Bluemustang has a pretty good review and description on what it does. I have also posted some stuff on there too.

I'm very impressed by my Steeda LCA, there is no doubt the BMR would perform similar. Favorite mod so far.

Thanks for the mention Rebellion.

If I had to do it over again, I would've done the cradle lockout and LCA and toe-knuckle bearings first. I am not convinced that springs and shocks are needed for street driving once the IRS is secured. I would have started by doing IRS mods first.

Exactly, I'll do those 3 first and then evaluate how much spring/damper I'll want. If my car was PP and had those 3, it should handle similar to a stock Camaro.

I believe that the difference that those 3 mods make is enough to satisfy most people that want the car to handle as a consumer sports car....plus a set of nice tires, of course.

Good info since I'm looking as well. The obvious question is how does these three changes effect NVH? I was initially looking at cradle lockout, minimum drop springs, and Steeda shocks/struts.

The cradle lockout kit is awesome. No added NVH that can tell. The rear is much more predictable and it really helps with wheel hop. It's a pretty easy install too. Took me less than two hours using a floor jack and jack stands.

Just noticed you are in our backyard!

Feel free to swing by and we can go over options.

I usually start people off with a nice set of lowering springs, CB005 and some solid alignment specs and go from there.

Also, we do give a really nice 20% discount if you pay cash too.
Do you offer local installation of your parts or do you have a partner shop for that in Tampa also?
