🤔What kind of a quarter mile time do you think a stock 2021 mustang GT, 10 speed, 3:55 gears will do? low 12?

Also it's a little heavier premium,if that even will matter much..

Haven't gone down the drag strip in 20 years😭

Have a friend with 2021 who ran an 11.8 at around 120 if I recall correctly. He said he has one of the fastest stock car runs in the state or something. Don't know his gear ratio but I would expect you could run around an 11.8 - 12.2 with some practice and right conditions.

That's kind of what I was guessing but it's going to take some practice , and a few runs I guess

I'm going to guess the convertibles the heaviest Mustang out there kind of like a premium and they may not be too quick.

Take a look at the online Wallace racing calculator for ET. All you need to know is your crankshaft horsepower and vehicle weight.

2022 will probably be 12.0 unless you are in optimal conditions. It is down 10hp from 18-21's. My 18 ran 11.92 in good air not optimal, with me at 340#.

That can only tell you so much.

DA and tires matter too.

Also, the manual and automatic Mustang both have the same power and similar weight, yet the automatic car runs half a second faster in the quarter mile.

I ran 11.92 in 700DA and on factory P Zeros in my 18.

😍That's amazing these cars are running 12s much less 11s ,I would be happy with anything in the 12s stock. ...to be honest with you.

WHat axle ratio do you have? I have found my '19 with 315s feels faster than my '18 with 355s

3.55's. Probably wouldn't have hit 11's without them. I drove a stock 3.15 geared car and it just didn't have the low speed pull.

Here in AZ you are lucky to run a 12.3 or 12.4. Most people run 12.7s at 113 or so.

Recently ran a 12.63 at 112.8mph with a new all stock 21 GT premium with the 10AT, 3.15s on 87 octane. 18" Pirelli P Zero AS tires inflated to 32psi. Made 8 passes total. Ranged from 12.63-12.95. Drag strip mode, traction control on for safety, manually shifting with paddles netted the best ET for me. Just learning the car. I've owned a 1989 GT, a 2006 GT with a Ford Racing whipple kit, a 2012 Boss 302, and a 2013 GT500. Enjoyed all of them. So far I like the 2021 the best. My favorite car of all time so far. American Made Muscle.

Airing down the factory P Zeros to 22 netted me a tenth. went from 12.02 to 11.92.
