That ruling stinks big time. Corruption or incompetence. Hopefully there can be an appeal.

I would like to see a process by which judges' rulings are reviewed and the crappy judges get tossed. If more than 50% of your rulings are overturned could be a measure, for instance.

Federal appeals courts have been getting their rulings overturned at a rate of over 60%. Most of those judges should be fired.
