So far I have added on a cold air intake, had resonators and mufflers deleted, blacked out emblems, 2 12 inch subwoofers installed, swapped 17 inch rims for 20 inch rims with new tires. What is the next mod? I'm looking to get a big turbo upgrade in the future from MAP, and it is an ecoboost if any of you have performance recommendations. Picture is added, if any of you want a sound clip of the exhaust let me know as well, thanks in advance for any advice on the next step to upgrading this car!!! :)

^^ THIS!

Especially the wheel hop. Check out Steeda and BMR here for great packages to improve the suspension. I focused on that first as the wheel hop was terrible on this car and then moved into performance. There are many threads in the 2.3 section that talk about order of mods. Certainly the intercooler should be either first or VERY close to the top.

Lowering Springs!
Do you think an inch to an inch and a half will keep the wheels out of the fender? I'm just nervous that the 20's will be too big

You can drop it 1.25 inches all around without any issues. Personally, I wouldn't go lower than that.

Shouldn't have any problems. Plenty of people here have lowered their mustangs on 20s. If you're still a little worried, you can go with BMR springs that will drop you 1" in the front and 0.5" in the rear.

If you're considering big turbo you should really beef up the drivetrain, suspension and brakes to match, unless just going fast in a straight line is all you want. If your ready to drop that amount of money on upgrades, maybe consider selling the car and getting a GT PP.

The first mod any EB should get is an Intercooler. The stock IC is junk. Then a custom tune if you are comfortable going that route.

I recommend the Steeda progressive springs for lowering. The initial spring rate over a bump is a bit softer than linear springs so it maintains a very nice ride. As you turn in hard, the spring rate increases even more than the stock springs providing very nice performance as well. If you aren't going to track the car, I really think it's the perfect spring and gives a perfect stance.

Tint the tail lights. Nothing extreme just enough to take the bright red away.

Your wheels don't have enough offset to touch the fenders when lowered. Remember independent suspension tuck in when lowered.
You can probably go slammed and even that won't touch.
Most people who run into rubbing issue after lowered their wheels look like poking out when not lowered.

Although I would love to own a gt, if I did sell my at max it's worth at kbb is 19-21k, a new gt is 35 and that point it wouldn't be possible financially, along with the largely decreased fuel economy and constant travel it's not a good option at this point in life..... So I would like to focus on just upgrading this car for the time being:D

Yellow calipers!
So my local shop quoted me 400$ for this, now I definitely want to do
It, but are caliper covers similar in appearance because they are significantly cheaper, however I am all about quality so let me know how they compare if you've seen both :D
