I have a 2017 Roush Supercharged GT Premium with almost 19k miles on it. It stays in the garage and I put about 4k miles per year on it. Other than oil changes every 6 months, tires, and brakes (including new fluid) I haven't performed any maintenance. What you do on a 7 year old vehicle to make sure it stays tip top?

I change ALL the fluids every 5 years tranny .brakes oil of course all
I also put on new brake pads, air filter, cabin filter.others might have specifics for our cars. I'm 78 so I need to have dealer do the work and it's not cheap but worth the mind not worry.ive got a 2019 gt premium that I'll do next year. I only have 6000 miles on it.of course tires too

Look into replacing the coolant. The anti-corrosion additives get consumed over time. I believe it is recommended to replace the coolant after 5yrs and every 3yrs after that. (could be remembering that incorrectly)

I have also noticed that my car is very hard on batteries. Likely due to all the on-board electronics using power even when it is off and sitting in the garage for weeks. If you are still on the original battery, consider a new one. Lead acid batteries have a limited service life.

My car is an M6. Those recommend changing the transmission oil at 50K miles. Not sure about the autos. I think the differential was also recommended at 50K miles. Something I need to do, but sounds like you have a way to go before needing that.

Air filter probably needs to be replaced if you haven't recently.

If you log into the Ford Owner website, you should be able to download the owner's manual. There is a basic list in there (at least there was for 2016). Good place to start.

Other things I've been doing are to check the wheel bearings, steering linkage, brake pads, etc. every fall when I swap to the winter tires.

Don’t forget new wiper blades! Scratced windshield is not a good look.
Buy a spare alt/water pump and supercharger belts.
