I just bought the Borla Touring Cat Back today for $1020 from Maryland Speed (talk with Julie C.). She said the ATAK and S-Type would be the same price. Frank at RPM Outlet said he would match any price you can give hime for any of the Borlas. He said they really wanted the business from the "Mustang Guys".

I'm a repeat customer thru Maryland Speed. I have no affiliation with them at all, but I have had great customer service (and very good prices). I have always talked with Julie C. That would be my recommendation,....

I've been looking at this same exhaust. Very interested in what it sounds like on the 2015 V6, and what you think of it compared to the stock exhaust.

I installed the Borla Touring Catback today. Went on really easy. Good quality stuff. Sounds a little louder than stock at idle and low revs, much louder than stock at WOT, but it sounds very good. No drone at all. I'm really happy with it. I'm not able to make a sound clip, sorry. My Flowmaster Amercian Thunder will be on here for sale soon,.... It was a little to loud for me, and the wife hated it.

This kind of sounds like what I am looking for. A little better than stock but not obnoxious. Can you snap a picture of what it looks like installed? Want to see how the tips look with it in the car.

I'm really happy with it so far. I've had it at highway speeds and there is no drone at all. Sounds a little louder (and better) than stock at idle, deeper with a little attitude. It gets progressively louder as RPM rises (of course) to a nice aggressive tone, but it's not obnoxious. It seems to be excellent quality material and it went on super easy and lined up great. It is expensive, but sometimes it's worth it. I would have no problem with the sound on a long trip. Hope that helps. If someone wants something a good bit louder, I'll sell you a nice, gently used Flowmaster American Thunder Axle back.

I'm stuck between s-type and borla atak, the atak shouldn't be too loud right? being a v6 and not the bigger v8

I've been one click away from ordering the borla atak for weeks now. The problem is I actually think it might be too quiet. This is the only video of the system out there:

According to the vendor, "We'd say it' falls in the "Goldilocks Zone". Not too loud and it only let's you know that it's really there when you get on it."

This is a Borla clip for the '11-'14 Stang, but it does a great comparison between the Touring, S-Type and ATAK. It might not sound exactly the same for our '15+, but the relative differences between the three should be close,...
