Hi all,

I am looking to purchase a 2015 EB... MSRP is $26,125. Dealer is offering it at $24,200 before TTL. Is that a good deal? It looks like Koons in VA is offering something similar for less than $23k before TTL.... including their processing and destination fees. Do they tack on any other fees?

Koons should not have anymore fees besides title and tax. Talk to a salesman and have them give you a price. I ordered my car through Sterling VA Koons location. If you need someone to talk to PM me.

I paid $32,500 for EB Premium with AT but paid a few $1000 more because I was upside down on the loan for 2014 Scion TC I traded in...Car had been hit twice and had to go...Saw the Mustang at a local dealership so I drove in, crunched some numbers and bought it the following day....couldn't be happier:ford:

Koons has one fee that they call a delivery charge I believe for about 800 bucks.

That's actually a Ford fee, everyone has to pay the delivery fee.

So I went into one of the local dealers today and put my order in for a 2016.

GT Fastback Premium
Magnetic w/ black stripes
Performance Package
Manual trans
400A
Premier Ebony Trim
Enhanced security
Reverse Park assist

MSRP: $42,050
Invoice: $39,375
D-Plan: $37,898

I shouldn't have to pay sales tax (NH resident, we don't have sales tax), and they said they couldn't apply any incentives because it's a D-plan. Oh well.
Also got a priority 10, which I'm guessing is pretty good.
D-plan gets the same incentives as everyone else.

2015 GT premium 6R80, 400A, 19" wheels, reverse sensing, spare tire and Ruby Red paint. MSRP was $40,200 and Tindol Ford had it marked to $35,500. I had a $750 private cash offer from Ford for ordering a brochure so that brought it to $34,750 plus TTL, which I never put into financing. Most painless purchase I have experienced yet and they beat my 60 month rate from Penfed.

How cool that you'll be driving a Mustang around Germany! Definitely something to look forward to.

Great price - congrats! I looked for months for ruby red GT Premium with extras, including assisted cruise control. Could not find, so had to: MSRP $42,212 ; X Plan $39,612. So you saved a lot by finding one you liked on the lot.

I had actually gone there to work a deal on a black or magnetic one. Saw Ruby for the first time on the 2015s and decided to go that route. Before I found Tindol, I was planning on flying to the Baltimore area to work a deal. Flight was $88 bucks one way but I was not looking forward to putting that many highway miles on new car. Luckily I found a deal just as strong as Sheehy Ford and another local MD dealer were offering. Dealer also throws in 6 free oil changes with every new sale and yes they cover the eight quarts.

That is a freaky amount of oil! News to me.
Other color I considered was magnetic. Saw one paired with 20" wheels; combination gave a cool, Euro sports car look. But discussion on this forum about ride quality with 20s, + durability/cost, persuaded me to stay with 18s. Delivery date a month from now, hopefully sooner.

Do you have any references/policies for that which are maybe more clear? I argued with them for a bit that other people on this forum were able to apply bonuses including the $500 Military incentive and they wouldn't budge. They claimed that they tried putting it into the order but it wouldn't apply the incentive. The only reason I haven't tried again is because Ford's website also seemed pretty clear on the subject:

2.Program #34908: $500.00 Bonus Cash offer exclusively for members of the following US Military Branches: Active military personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard), National Guard, Reservists serving on Active Duty, members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP), Veterans/Retirees within 180 days of separation or retirement, spouses and other household members, who are residents of the United States. Offer is valid from 07/07/2015 through 01/04/2016 for the purchase or lease of an eligible new 2014/2015/2016 model year Ford or Lincoln vehicle not available on Mustang Shelby GT500, Mustang Boss 302, Focus Electric, and F-150 Raptor. This offer may not be used in conjunction with other Ford Motor Company private incentives or AXZD-Plans. Some customer and purchase eligibility restrictions apply. Limit one $500.00 Bonus Cash offer per vehicle purchase or lease. Limit of five new eligible vehicle purchases or leases per member during program period. See your Ford or Lincoln Dealer for complete details and qualifications.
I'm curious how people are getting to apply this with the X-Plan, cause frankly, who wouldn't love an extra $500 off?!
