Rolled the stang into it's new home. So happy with the results, and just in time for winter too.

Looking good but have you taken wind into account in your construction?

I know Newbury will be a lot calmer than the North Wales coast but perhaps some reinforcement above the sheeting?

And they look awfully small timber purlins for the span. Hope you don’t get any snow

Sneak peak from home, turns out my Dad got bored and the MGW shifter and baffles for the H-pipe are all in already! He said the worst bit was getting the bolt holding the original shifter onto the gearbox out, but otherwise not a bad process at all, just awkward in places. Apparently the baffles are doing their job, but I've not heard any videos and won't hear it or get a chance to try the shifter for another 10 days or so yet. Still, result😎

doesn't sound like an oil and filter change.. Looking forward to seeing the final result

I got my rear brakes changed, now to find a hill to see if the handbrake holds and then releases on command :)
Did you do the calipers and carriers ?

i did yes, need to dig out the ones that came off and decide whether to punt or repair and store. Need to see what they look like, handbrake is now a lifting exercise so the calliper springs are definitely stronger but whether that's a good thing or not..
