Finally got around to installing my Rexing V1 Pro dash cam that I got Xmas of 2019… LOL…. Hey 2020 happened and driving 100+ miles daily got put by the wayside due to COVID & telecommute…

https://www.rexingusa.com/products/rexing-v1p-pro/

I researched quite a few Dash Cams online, read various reviews, read the multiple threads on here and kept coming back to the Rexing dual channel model. I know the Thinkware brand seems to get high reviews on here also, but I wasn’t impressed with that brand due to lack of a display screen for instant playback capabilities.

I hard wired it; nice little cam w/ a lot of good features. Pretty cool having both front and rear views. There’s also an App to d/l where it can be streamed right to a mobile device with other features on that secondary platform.

Since I started the install very late today, I still have to do some finishing details tomorrow and d/l the latest firmware to be complete.

She gone.
Got a cashier check of 10.5 and I can’t even fkin cash it. Usaa limit on mobile deposits is 10k. Calling Usaa to figure out what to do
the bank that gave me the checksaid I can bring it and cash it. But I have no way to put 10k in my usaa acct.

Waiting on usaa call back to see if they can raise the limit for me

there’s no local branch. But they overnighting the cashier check for my usaa loan. I had to sign notarized poa and everything. Seemed legit really
If you really enjoyed the Mustang, you’ll be wanting another Mustang by end of tomorrow… and will probably be regretting the spontaneous sale. We’ll see you back in the rodeo soon.

Congrats on you being happy with the sale and good luck with your future endeavors.

Having owned (20) Mustangs that includes my current 2018 and the 94 Cobra (that I’ve owned for 17 years now), plus various other Brand X vehicles, for me personally, I will never be without a Mustang… I tried it before, sold a Mustang, bought a Brand X vehicle and had another Mustang back in the garage within 1 month. Once owning 1 Mustang, never will I be without at least 1 Mustang.

so how do you not have a local bank account? Did it not occur to anyone to cut you 2x $5000 checks?

Took my 9 year old son for a rip. First time he’s been in the front seat and the first time he’s been it it since I got the PBD tune. Did a WOT pull through 4 gears and the look on his face was priceless ! Don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile that big.
I can't wait to show my nephew how fun "fun" cars can be. He's only 19 months old now, so it'll be a few years. Still tho, I can't wait 😃

I've been with USAA since I was 18. There can be "hiccups" when dealing with things, but it's only taken a short phone call to get them all resolved.

Fuck banks. Credit unions all the way!

Got my PP radiator saga finished up. If anyone ever needs a replacement spring clamp (Ford does not sell them on their own or with the hoses), you need a 48-50mm clamp.

You drive manual transmission don't ya? Just go cash it at the gas station

Don’t want cash. 1 can get robbed, 2 can’t deposit into bank account as I don’t have any usaa branches in Ohio.
Mobile deposit is the only way for me to drop checks into bank. My friends and me use Apple Pay for all money transfers.

I hate and won’t carry physical cash. Ive had wallet jacked too many times, so I avoid green money like the plague

edit, also, do gas stations seriously cash 10k checks? Blows my mind if true.

Most credit unions do shared branch banking with each other's customers. I don't have a local branch either, but have no problem getting cash, cashiers checks, etc. I actually once got a $30k cashiers check from a different credit union, no questions asked. Well...they did ask for my ID
They asked for a ID because you wasn't there to vote

In 2016 you could add a Premier Interior option to Premium models. That was mostly real stitching but also soft touch doors and better leather. Currently, that isn't a separate option but part of a new trim level and includes even more real stitching and soft touch.

So to have more real stitching and padding I bought the panels from the new trim level a while ago and finally got around to installing.

Original red stitching in the car (and GT350R steering wheel added on day of delivery):
