Update: they were definitely on tighter than originally lol - backed them off and re-torqued to 40 ft lbs. Hopefully no damage since it wasn't driven? Thanks all.Yeah those mounts are spot welded into the turret - and they have been known to shear.

Nice rims. What are they?It's a 305/30/19 mounted on a 11" wide wheel. +52 offset if that helps too.

Man Lucky. Houses here in Asheville are sold before the for sale sign hits the yard. Everyone gets asking plus the average is 20 to 30 above asking because houses here get fought over the second they are listed. NO joke an aunt of mine put a for sale by owner sign in her yard it was sold 2 hours later with 35k above asking. all I can say id if you are looking to move to Asheville forget it.Yup, we just accepted their counter offer (20 under asking) and are signing contracts tomorrow. I still can't believe it's real. The house is gorgeous, it's just a bonus that the garage has 20ft ceilings. Already started looking at 2-post lifts.
