There's no need for a competition. Anything over 15k is a win in my book. Blast that heat to thin walled wok and it's all golden...the chicken at least. 😆

House renos are equivalent to modding vehicles - depending on the level of effort needed, it can be a PIA but the end results are always a "win".

While on topic, who has done or knows how to do Crown Molding? Any tips or tricks to share for folks who don't have any experience with it? I can do baseboards and those angles no problem - but never attempted the Crowns.

If you can miter base boards you can do crown molding. You cut it upside down and backwards. Once you wrap your head around that, it'll go well.
