Ohhhhh at the end of the day got a surprise. I had ford points that were expiring and the only thing I could get useful and for free was a trunk mat. Showed up less then 24 hours later was free so we'll see how it goes.

I also tried to flatten mine out with a hair dryer and books etc.

It worked OK, but not perfect.

I put it in the trunk and after a few sunny days in the oven, it was perfect

Well it was supposed to be easy but of course I screwed it up and cut my finger after I was arguing with the stock ones coming out. If you don't do what I did then would take about 3 minutes total to change out.

No, this is from Mr Kustom. This one has connectors that fit snug, pimp my ev the connectors are so loose you let go and they fall out. I wish I had Mr Kustom's connectors with pimp my ev since I was one of the inital orders for it but cannot use it because of the connectors.

I emailed pimpmyev and told them about the loose connectors and they said a temp fix is wrap a wire around the ends to help secure them and that their team is going to look at a solution. I told them about the foruma nd that others have the same issue and that they are going to look at the forum. Hopefully they come up with a perm fix.

Well it sucks when you're on vacation and the beach access road is still kinda wet dirt from the rain last night. Car is filthy from the trees and the rain last night anyway. All the car washes I've found are the drive thru type. Ugh.

I pulled my interior apart like a madman in search of that buzzing noise on the dash. LOL I think I just got to let it go it only happens on certain roads. It seems to come from the steering wheel area, might even be the airbag not sure. Glad I did though because I found a missing bolt holding the digital gauges also the dealer that replaced my air vent (it was defective they said) they jammed it in incorrectly Added that bolt and fixed the air vent.

Not mine but I helped out a brother from another mother with his. Belonged to his dad, who rebuilt it. ‘69 Mach 1 428 cobra jet with C6 and 3.91 rear end. Beautiful car!

Yesterday leaving Hilton Head on the way out, stopped at the Ford dealer just to take a look. They had 2 brand new 2022 FJG Mach 1's, non HP. But look what they had inside the showroom...

BTW, what's a good match for the HP wheel color? I nicked my rear wheel against the curb when I was making a right hand turn and someone coming the other way cut into me wayyy too close, GRRRR
