Installed the "R" splitter using the new QuickJack setup.

PSA: Check your dealer installed splitters, my factory splitter was missing 8 bolts and there was a loose socket left inside the belly pan... lol

Looking forward to your feedback on how they perform (both comparative braking and dust build up). As impressed as I am with the GT350 braking, I spend more time cleaning the wheels than the entire car.

They don't have the initial bite as OME but work just fine for me.I don’t track it just some spirited driving, the main reason for the change was the dust. I had the same setup on my old 17 350 and that's these pics. Right pic after 50 stop n go city miles. Left pic after 300 stop n go city miles.

Be careful with powerstop aftermarket pads... I had them on my M3 and coming down a mountain they became mushy as hell when overheated... almost dangerous. I chucked them in the bin, and bought BMW oem again... just saying take care. They are very good in stop and go, but when abused they tend to let go with no warming... I tracked oem pads many times on the GT350 (and now the R) and I can't say I felt any loss of performance at the end of the session.. but yes they are dusty...

Voodoo meets voodoo. I went for a spirited ride this morning and snagged a couple of nostalgic photos. Back in the 90’s, I had a Micron PC with the Diamond Viper video card, and I daisy-chained a Voodoo 3-D video card to the system for a boost in graphics for some intense gaming. The Voodoo graphics chip was produced by 3Dfx Interactive, but the company was bought out by the graphics industry juggernaut Nvidia. The photo is in front of one of Nvidia’s satellite offices here in North Alabama...
