It doesn't seem to effect drivability. Once warmed up RPM is 650-670 then will drop between 100-200 (stumble)
then go back to normal. Also, when this happens the A/F ratio fluctuates. Not sure if this helps but at idle the bank 1 short-term fuel trim for go's from between -0.8 to 18.8% the LTFT...
My 19 GT350 has a slight miss with a drop in rpm at idle, when that happens the A/R ratio fluctuates. No codes. Dealer did a hx evap test that passed and checked VCT wires and cycled the VCT solenoids, tested plugs, coils, all ok. though maybe an injector so he put in a can of BG44K injector...
Had a 74° day so I took it of hibernation, got it up to operating temp (oil 205°) installed another MAF Sensor and it didn't help:( I just wish the thing would throw a code!!!
Intermittent idle drop and Air/Fuel ratio fluctuating. (5 second mark) I had this issue for over a year now, there is no CEL. I replaced the spark plugs (tried gaps for 19/20 and earlier 350's), the Evap Purge Valve, and the PCV valve. The wires to the Variable Valve Timing solenoids appear to...
LORNE34,
You nailed it with
Every time I get into the car I have a feeling of nervous excitement and anticipation.
Brought mine home May 18th, 2019 and 18 days later we picked up this nice little Plaque from Carlisle Ford Nationals.
My 19 will do the same thing at idle. So far, I tried new PCV, spark plugs and Vapor Canister Valve, cleaned M A F sensor and throttle body, still does it. :( Might have to let Ford figure it out next year.
I've found that on my 2019.
Oil, when cold is 2 diamonds lower then when hot (same spot, temp 213 then after sitting overnight)
also, Oil % drops Approx. 1.65% a week when in winter storage.
Just talked to Ken at Ford Performance, after some research he said that for my 2019 Shelby GT350, the Motorcraft CYFS-12F-1X is the Spark Plug and Gap is 0.035- 0.039.
Well, when I pulled the plugs, they were all between 0.052 and 0.053 from the factory. Is it possible they opened up that much...
My only issue is, like 3 out of 10 times I start the car the map reverts back to standard view with breadcrumbs. I like the 3D view without the thing looking like it's taking a dump every 50 feet.
