Saw these guys a while back $550 for the front bumper - not tried them as I still may change the grille but worth a look.

Probably find thats the culprit, because the hume is primarily concrete you do get alot of sand/grit build up (including from tippers which their tailgates dont seal 100%) which creates a sandblasting effect if you follow someone, this problem is amplified in the wet. Ive had entire fronts of trucks look like they have taken to the bullbar with a sandblaster from the same effect and take hours with the grinding wheel to smooth it all back out and polish it up.Yeah it was on the hume and I was with friends so we were following each other.
Did a few things over the last 2 days

Hey Ed your Stang is looking fantastic mate. Great job on the
paint. How do the side markers come out? Where do you access them from? Was the install easy enough?

Thanks mate. Not even a 5 minute job, all I did was reach up from underneath and squeeze the clip with my fingers and it literally popped out. There's a video on the CJ Pony Parts website in the part listing for the side markers.Hey Ed your Stang is looking fantastic mate. Great job on the

There are so many good ones available, however I liked the trick that the bottom section can come up nice if sprayed in gloss to match the decklidLove that spoiler
Do you have any pictures of this trick you speak of?:eyebulge:There are so many good ones available, however I liked the trick that the bottom section can come up nice if sprayed in gloss to match the decklid
Yeah I was going to get a car bra for the trip but the misses chucked a wobbly at all the cash so decided against it. Guess it would have been better in the long run, oh well i dont mind, i had a lot of chips before this anyways so at least now i get a whole new looking front. I'll prolly go that clear film once it's resprayed and still keep the bra for long tripsHi Phil,
Did you consider getting 3m Film protection?? Not sure if this would have provided enough protection but have read some people swear by this.
Cost around $1600 for the whole front (bonnet, guards and bumper).
