On the intake tube I guess on the older vehicles, there are 4 ports. My 17 only has 3. Anyone know what the 4th is for? I have a 17, GT, 6MT... can't think of any other details that would matter.

Now I have 2 holes to plug.

1 & 2: PCV
3: Brake booster vacuum
4: Sound tube

They must've combined 1 & 2 or 1/2 & 3.

ok, follow-up question: what would you cap that with? I know there are kits for the sound tube delete, but I'm not quite sure what to do with capping this port for the brake booster line which I don't have. (in my car, it appears to go into the intake manifold???)

In a pinch, duct tape and a zip tie until you can find a cap that will fit.

I just looked at my stock, '15 intake tube and compared it to your '17. Your missing port is a vacuum line that operates the IMRC on mine.

I wonder if they got rid of the IMRCs on the 17 or just rerouted the line?

Part #9E498 is the vacuum line that is on a '15 intake that snakes under the driver's side intake runner. It goes to the intake tube all the way back to the IMRC located on the passenger rear of the intake manifold.

I drew a red line to show how mine is routed under the runners:

Go to an auto parts store or Amazon and look for vacuum caps.

You'll want a silicone one, not rubber
