I will be installing regular mustang rear control arms and I like to upgrade the bushings first.

It's not a bushing. It's a bearing.

Well can it be upgraded? I am buying a pair of used arms so I want to upgrade it.

There's nothing to upgrade...it's a cross axis joint with dust boots. Doesn't really get any better.
