The rub while turning is just the plastic fender well liners, but once while going a little too fast on a bumpy road I heard THE rub, pretty sure it was the outer edge of the tire touching the top of the outer fender well so yeah some camber would help but then I don't want to wear the inside of the tires any faster.

This is kind of hard to explain due Ford referring to it as a 'fender'. The PP2 has a dimpled front inner liner. It's designed to clear the 10.5x19 wheel & 305/30x19 tire combo on the PP2. Due to the narrower wheel/tire combo on the GT350, it may not be on that model. That could be your scrapping noise. If you get a chance to sneak a peek at a PP2 & what I am trying to say will (hopefully) make sense.

Kumho Ecsta on the front Toyo Proxes on the rear.

Yeah I hate that, in bigger offroad sizes for trucks it's even worse. I've had two 35x12.50s sitting next to each other, one was 34" tall and the other was 36" and one 12' wide and the other 13"
