A while back I cleaned the interior , and some small blots began to appear on the odometer . Today I tried to clean it off, and it just got 10x worse . It won't seem to rub off. Anyone know how to take it off ?

Did you spray something on the dash while cleaning last time?
It looks like solvent hazed the plastic.
Does it have a different texture?
You can try Meguiar's PlastiX to polish it out.

I used the meguirs interior detail spray, but that was a while back. This time I only used a damp microfiber towel . I'm going to try the PlastiX. Thanks.

Looks like dried over spray.
Always spray on a towel when wiping down the interior.
