Weird Noise

So recently, my car would make this noise when I get off on the acceleration, and will only build boost up to 5~6 PSI. Does anybody know what this is? or what is causing it.. I have to restart my car to make it disapear and sometimes would come back in 5~10minutes everything is stock btw..

Not sure how the EB turbo is set up, but the noise you're hearing is a bypass valve. It lets the pressure out when you let off the accelerator. Usually you'll hear it when you have an aftermarket air intake. Yours sounds like it's opening early to not let the turbo build pressure.
Usually indicates limp mode or a leak somewhere. However, since you say it can go back to normal, it's probably not a leak. Go to the dealer and have them take a look.
It could be that your bypass valve is malfunctioning.

Dealer said today the car has an overboost problem Check engine light came on and they checked hopefully they will be able to find out what part is actually not working :/
