Weathertech vs Husky floor mats?

I'd like to pick up a set of floor mats for my 17GT. Is there a functional difference between the two brands for this model?

I don't know but I always buy Weathertech for my year round vehicles. They always fit nicely. I probably won't for the Mustang as its a fair weather car for me.

I looked at both, they are both going to get the job done. I personally went with weather tech and have gotten a ton of use out of them in the past 5 years in Chicago and Denver winters. Prefer winter driving!

I've got the 3dmax spider mats for my mustang and they are great. I've got the weathertechs in my F-150, they are ok. We just added the Husky mats to my wifes Flex and I have to say that I'm impressed with them, more so than the weathertechs, I would go with those, they feel like a nicer quality, and they fit better.

Which one the Ford Ones? I don't have any issues with mine but I did notice there are a couple versions of the Ford All Weather ones. One's that are flat and ones that are more of a floorliner.

I have the floor liner type and have had, no issues with mine.

Flip a coin, they both are great and around the same price. Cant make a wrong decision on this one in my opinion

Oh ok. I didn't know they made more than one version. The ones I have are the flat ones. I can certainly give these a whirl. Are these subbed out to weathertech/husky or does Ford actually manufacture them?

I'm using 3D MAXPider, they have a Mustang specific product, the fitment is fantastic, they're also that sort of "tray" design with a lip, so can catch liquid, they look great too, a carbon fiber sort of texture:

so not this car but my last car i had both. The weather tech feel thicker and sturdier but the part that is under the pedals where all the dirt falls off your shoe only goes half way up behind them so lots of dirt gets under the mat there. The husky liner is cheaper and feels thinner but once in the car you wont notice. the main thing for me was the part behind the pedals goes all the way up with husky liner and almost no dirt from shoes got behind if from being knocked off by pedal. I have a picture somewhere ill try to find it.

Official OEM Ford floor mats has the cool pony logo though!

Might be able to find them for cheaper if you search around.

I dislike most of those heavy, liner style matts. But I like those 3D ones. Wish they had a pony logo though...
