Water in car drivers side

So Tuesday we had real bad rain storm come thru after which I noticed alot of water in the back drivers side area . I did a search on YouTube and I understand by the door jam there's a whole that's covered by a sticker. I check and the sticker is still there but isn't covering the hole completely.

So yesterday vaccum and dried the carpet to the best left baking soda over night to soak up what it could in the back and the front I just put a large microfiber Towel.

Came out this morning and the driver side is soaked again the microfiber Towel is completely soaked as well. It did not rain yesterday and the car was in the garage.

What could have caused this? The back didn't get wet again just the front driver side.

It's my only car so I have to drive it but this weekend gonna pull the seat out and do a proper deep clean of the carpet

If you don't pull out the seats and the carpet sets, put a fan inside for a day or two, it is going to rust, and maybe mold.
