Was going to the track until...

Was going to register going to the track when I got the recall notice about the fuel pump that says engine stall while driving increases the risk of a crash but you can still drive your car. Don't think i will go to the track now..

A stall at the track would be embarrassing, but I doubt it will cause a crash. The issue is a stall when crossing lanes or on the freeway.

You’re still good to go to the track. The pump can fail anywhere at anytime, so go have fun.

If it happens to fail on you at the track, just have it towed it to the dealership and let them reimburse you for the tow.
