there are few postings here where people's cars get stuck at dealerships for long periods of time. How many dealerships out there are simply swamped / backlogged? Can warranty repairs handled by independent mechanics and then somehow expensed back to Ford? This is probably a question for my local dealership, but I thought I would float it here.
