Anybody running V7JT vortech blower? Anybody using a torque booster? What are your thoughts? Hp and Tq numbers?. I just bought this step up with 1000 pound injectors. Anybody with similar mods?

When using a "torque booster", AKA a wastegate on the intake pipe, the spring in the wastegate (as well as the pulley on the blower) change the amount of boost you'll see and the boost curve.

With that setup you pulley down for more boost than you intend to run, and bleed off the extra via the wastegate, which makes boost build sooner.

Generally, your fuel will dictate how much boost (and therefor what spring) you can run. What fuel will you be using?

Beefcake torque booster kit (turbosmart hypergate45 wastegate)
Turbosmart e-boost boost controller
3.15 pully
