Here's some photos of my install tonight.

Total time about 30 minutes.

Have to take the 4 screw tops off the black insert closest to the back of the car.

Left side was easy, you can pull back the liner and reach in no problem.

Just un clip and put the sequential harness in line and replace liner. (Literally one minute)

In order to get to the right light you have to remove the bass speaker...

13mm ratchet and a large and small star bit (not sure sizes) and drill.

When replacing the black plastic (first removed) be sure to get the plastic hook tabs into the holes (see pics)

Yes, it is just like Brownw01 says. Don't let the vendor videos fool you.
If you have the Shaker system you've got to get the boomer out of the way. His posting saved me lots of grief - thanks man!
Cold beer and patience are essential, as is following his example. Then it's practically a piece of cake. I was done in less than 30 minutes.
It's cool - worth the effort.

Anyone know if there might be a way to rewire their setup so it doesn't sequence the brake lights? Looks like all they did was re-route the wiring so I would assume that one part could be undone.
