Vibration issue while driving

As mentioned above if the vibration goes away when the clutch is pushed in then that eliminates everything behind the clutch plate. When I had my 2012 GT I had my whining 3.73 gears replaced under warranty and ended up with a vibration. It would still vibrate when the clutch was pushed in. I re-indexed the OEM drive shaft and then swapped to an aluminum shaft and still had the issue. Dealerships could never solve it. Ended up selling the car. I hope you get yours sorted out.

Yes, the fact that the vibration is not present when the clutch is pushed in is good news relative to my situation which involved the driveline.

Did you look at the exhaust system, particularly the hangers? Many instances of them breaking off.

Looked at those and none of them are broken

Associated with the Voodoo and the exhaust are two dampers. They are there to lessen the effect of any engine harmonics.

While other ideas are being checked out, it's something else to make a quick look of next time the car is on a lift. There should be one on each side, firmly attached.

The differential replacement interests me. Usually it's individual bits like a seal, ring or bearing that's replaced, not an entire assembly.

If it was a dealer and you know the one that replaced it, I'd reach out and ask for a reading of the invoice for the customer, Service Advisor and mechanic comments. Maybe it'll make you think, "Hmm...". Or it might give confidence this is a new and unrelated problem.

I'm not sure if its the diff since I drove roughly 8k miles on it and I just started getting a vibration issue. I checked the dampers and they seemed tight to me. If they weren't, I don't believe they would vibrate the cabin since its not touching anything. I understand it could vibrate the engine more since it's connected to the headers, but I feel like it would then vibrate in neutral as well but it only does it under load.
