Very Sad Day

My wife and I had to put down one of our precious dogs. Rescued her just a year and half ago. Rest in peace Sadie girl :(

We have a Maltese named Ollie who just turned 7 and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Jesse who is 2.5.

Thanks everyone. She was a "peek a poo". We also rescued a Maltese a few years ago and lost her right before we got Sadie. These dogs bring so much joy, but losing them is so hard. A part of me died today too.

That's a great picture. What kind of dog is Chaucey? We have a Silky Terrier who looks a lot like him.

Thank you. A good but short life. She was only three-ish(congenital liver disease we knew nothing about until 2 days ago). She was outwardly healthy and happy until then. It feels like somebody reached inside my chest a ripped part of my heart out.

That's a great picture. What kind of dog is Chaucey? We have a Silky Terrier who looks a lot like him.

Hi, he is a yorkie. I had to lay on the ground and put the camera in sport mode (kind of like the mustang) and as he ran to get to me I rolled off about 6 or 7 shots & this one came out the best.
