Hey guys hope I could get some help here. I have a 2019 Ecoboost and I currently run a boomba racing blow off valve.

When driving it sounds like my bov is open and venting boost the whole time then makes a weak venting noise after I take my foot off the gas.
Normally it would stay closed when getting on the gas and make a loud venting noise once the gas is released.
All hoses seem secure and no codes are being thrown. Boost/Vacuum is also reading how it normally does when accelerating.

Anything helps.

My electronic controlled TurboSmart (plumb back bypass) valve does the same thing. It bleeds off pressure when not needed. Nothing to worry about, under load, it stays shut and allows your turbo to build boost.

it’s not the regular highway speed venting. It’s venting at all times and the boost is probably never being recirculated. Even at 20 mph when I accelerate it’s bleeding. It doesn’t sound like my turbo is spooling anymore either.

Sorry, I miss read your post...
My OEM bypass valve leaked. First thing I did was check all the vacuum and wiring connections. Then I got hold of an online manual, and followed the steps to confirm the valve relay was getting the correct command from my ECU.
In my case, everything external tested positive. So I leake checked the valve in a normally closed position with soap bubbles and discovered a weak spring.

No problem bro I appreciate the responses. I was thinking it had to do with the valve because the only symptom was the noise. Just disconnected my bov and the o-ring somehow fell out of place and got stuck preventing the valve from closing lol.
