That's the mounting position for the Sto-n-Show bracket on a LE front bumper. So, yes.

Did you purposelessly install plate off center?

You installed it wrong or ordered the wrong bracket, it will be centered if installed correctly. Call Sto-N-Sho for verification-->

It's mounted using the two existing holes. I didn't want to drill anything. I thought that was odd. I'll have to call them. Thanks!!!!

the instructions actually tell you that either way works. IIRC, you have to drill one hole to mount off center and two holes to mount on center.

Yep, but they also had ones that wouldn't work on PP/LE mustangs.

I think I got the right one. I had my son install and he didn't want to drill into my brand new car. He just used the existing two holes. As Husker stated, drilling in the bottom of the car's plastic really is no big deal. I'll change it, eventually :-).

When I get mine this month I'm think of doing something around our area code here in Portland, 503. Probably either 5oh3 like my username or 5.03 Not sure which I want to put as my first choice yet. Thoughts?

FYI...I live in Oregon as well and you are only allowed 6 letters or numbers total.
No periods or other puntiation. You are allowed 1 dash - mark though.

Ah I thought for sure I had seen plates with a period but now that I think about it you are correct. I thought these were pretty simple to figure out really, unless you don't live in Oregon. Probably just that way because I though of them I suppose.
