Valve Cover leaking after replacement

Hi everyone I have an issue where my driver side (rhd) valve cover is leaking from the back corner turned out one of the screws was completely lose nevertheless I bought a new c valve cover installed it but it’s still leaking ?

Torqued to specs in the factory sequence ?

Torqued to specs in the factory sequence ?
Torqued to spec but not in sequence I kinda started from the corners and worked my way in

If you're not going to torque something the way the factory recommends then you always, always start from the middle and work out going side to side.
And what do you mean you "put in more screws"? Do you mean new or extra?

If you're not going to torque something the way the factory recommends then you always, always start from the middle and work out going side to side.
And what do you mean you "put in more screws"? Do you mean new or extra?
I put in extra screws I read on another thread that some others were having the same issue and added more screws when installing the new ones

So, I'm assuming you have a 15-17 with plastic valve covers and you drilled out the blank holes?
Two things come to mind. Did you use the correct screws/bolts and are you sure you haven't cracked the cover?

Hi do I didn’t drill any holes I bought the cover off a donar and I didn’t crack it
