V6 ticking passenger side need help

There's a ticking on the passenger side area and I thought it was an exhaust leak but I had a shop check and turns out it wasn't.

It's louder than my idle when I'm parked next to a wall or something it can echo off of and I hear it when I accelerate as well.

Any ideas what it could be? Lifters maybe? I've kept up with oil changes every 5k miles and all.

That sounds exactly like an exhaust leak. It is really hard to check for those sometimes.

Did they take the header off and look at the gasket?

They did not. I'll go get it looked at again thank you.

It doesn't sound like an engine issue at all. It actually didn't sound abnormal to me, but if it's louder than it was before, then it might be what BlackandBlue said. Hard to hear well on the second recording. Good luck.
