I have a problem that started about a week ago. Neither of my USB ports is working , they won’t charge my phone or access media . I have done the master reset and I have checked all fuses (none are blown) . I’m not sure what else to try . I don’t feel like giving my car to the dealer because every time I take it in they keep it over night for the smallest of problems .

I searched the forum and could not find any info .

Could be the usb hub disconnected.
Is the usb light lit up in the center console?

Yup - it's almost definitely the power supply connection on the underside of the USB port hub. It is super-flimsy, and the two wires are the thickness of a baby's hair. That said, if it was working before -- and there's been no console-related monkeying around lately -- it maybe that the power connector was never clicked in to the female side of the connector...and has jiggled loose over time.

I haven’t messed with the console at all but maybe it’s worth removing it just to check the connections

Jasonstang - I was unaware of a light but if it’s with the 2nd port in the armrest , I don’t pay much attention to that one , but I’ll check it out

The USB port in the center console has a light around it. If it's not lighting up, there is a good chance the connector fell out. It's actually pretty simple the USB connector in the center arm rest is also the hub so you just need to make sure the connection is good over there.
