USB ports not working

Hey folks....apologize if this is posted in the wrong area....

Neither of my USB ports seems to work. IPhone 6 doesn't connect when plugged in, no charge showing on the phone, and other memory sticks aren't workin either.

Has anyone had this issue, and if so, what did you find out was the root cause?

Ya already reset sync3. Not sure what wire you may be referring to. I would assume let ford look at it given its 3 weeks new....but what a bummer. I sort of wish others had this issue so I could be reassured it's not a major wiring problem. Lol

update: so car has been in the 2 days now....they had to contact engineering, given the schematics they had were not accurate, and they wanted ford to replace the media control hub or module. part is on order, and they will test it after that has been installed. standby for further update in the event someone else gets this issue.

make sure you usb cables are good. cheap Chinese knock off cables are known to have issues.

The USB ports do not pick up any device, any cord, and usb device etc. in my case in using the iPhone lightning cable and an iPhone 6 and it charges, but does not pick up a connected device.
