Upper strut mounting bolts/nuts

If I loosen the 3 upper strut mount nuts:

- Do they need to be discarded and replaced with new?
- Do I need to apply thread locker when re-tightening?

Ford may say otherwise, but IMO no on both, I've reused and retorqued many times on many mustangs after adding camber plates and you have a bigger risk of snapping the stud if you over torque than any other issues.
