Upgrade to PP brakes.

I just want to make sure before I pull the trigger. Will the 2015-2016 MUSTANG PERFORMANCE PACK 6-PISTON FRONT BRAKE KIT fit the black accent package rims? They are 19x8.5

I am pretty sure they will. The 4 piston calipers are actually bigger and bulkier than the brembo. I had a 2015 PP with 6 piston and now base gt with 4 piston and to be honest with you for daily driving they both bite the same and the 4 pistons dont produce brake dust like the 6 piston.

The 4-pot caliper is ~5mm fatter (wider) than the brembo 6-pot. So it is a matter of the spoke design of your wheels. But since you are going from 4-pot to 6-pot you will have a little more clearance to the spokes.

I can't speak for the calipers' "diameters", so I defer to [MENTION=15675]Niz55[/MENTION] 's post.

I have been told by Shelby that they will fit. I was considering upgrading, but after weighing the cost, and the fact my car will only see the track a couple times a year, I decided to upgrade to stainless lines and slotted drilled rotors instead.

The wife wanted me to paint the calipers red, until she saw the PP brakes in person. Now she wants them just for looks. And she told me she would buy them for me as my birthday gift... Best wife ever. Lol
So I will go ahead and give them a shot and see how they turn out.

That may be the most compelling reason to get married I have ever heard!

They will definitely out perform the stock brakes, and I agree with her that they look way better than the stockers, even with a lick of paint!
