G2 paint is by the far the best, especially for the do it yourselfer. Like the others guys said it took me around 4 hours of actuall painting. But I spent a crap load of time prepping, even removing the brake pads. In hindsight I spent too much time on the prep. Lol
As for paint, G2 will paint...
I think the MAK cat deletes are worth it. They are way easier to install, easier to revert back to stock, and sound good.
I made 423/385 with MAK cat deletes, Roush intake, and Lund FF.
Apologize for the million questions, lol, but what didn't you like about the tone after you installed it? How did it change?
I'm running cat deletes, stock resonator, Roush A/B and my resonator is rattling horribly. So I need to replace it.
The springs do help, but I still have that floaty feeling at times. I think the only way to fix that is to upgrade the shocks are go to a coilover.
Overall though, I am extremely happy with these springs!

Didn't need to sand them down, just cleaned them really well. First I washed them with soapy water, then used the provided brake cleaner and a wire brush. The texture does show through a little, but it still looks good.
