Unknown rattle HELP

Hi everyone,
I've been hearing this creaking sound everyday when I'm driving, unless I'm on a smooth road. I think it's coming from the center plastic piece under the digital gauge, so I put foam under it between the steering wheel. But this didn't solve the issue. If anybody has any information or suggestions it would be very helpful, because it's annoying daily. Here's a clip of the creaking sound:

Sound like the headlight bazel, while you're driving and you notice the noise push on the bazel to see if it goes away. If it does take it to the dealer, their is a tsb for the repair.
