Well....this time it's not a joke. After waiting almost 2 months since production and 6 months since initial order. I have walked away from the S550. Today once again I was told it is unknown when it will be released from the factory and possibly January. This process has been quite unenjoyable and all the Limited Edition glamour has worn off. I still love the S550 and will continue to post here with this great community.
What have I moved onto? Well I wanted something domestic while sticking with performance.
Not the Camaro
Not a regular GT
Not a Hellcat...though I did look.......
*Drum Roll*
2015 Corvette Stingray 2LT with 7 Speed Rev Matching Manual

It's brand new and has a bunch of awesome options. Including that bitchin Track Recorder. Ill post the window sticker instead of listing them all here. The car was on the lot for $62 (tax tag title extra.) I walked out the door paying $54k which was equal to my Limited Edition because of the markup.
First Impressions...
Just wow this engine pulls like a train. It pulls hard even in 5th. The ride is surprisingly firm but forgiving on bad roads and minimal road noise. It's comfortable and I love the interior upgrade from the old Vettes. It's really an amazing vehicle. Even the center of the speedo changes due to which driving mode you are in. Which can be chosen separately. I'm still a bit overwhelmed so if you have questions just ask.
LE #315 is officially available but unknown arrival. Please contact me for salesmen contact info.
Now for a ton of pics.
