Yup - Hendy Ford.... but the sales team there aren't very good at replying to mails or calls - manly because they have nothing to say most of the time...

I guessed that. I ordered from Steve there. Young ish lad. I knew more about the car then he did.
Think I will be getting my info from Karen. Have a long wait tho.
Keep me updated on your delivery with them. Will be good to see how they handle it

I'm interested in this info too Deysha has just told me my car is en route to the port :D

If i'm not mistaken, there's two (?) next week, and one the week after. Correct me if i'm wrong on that. Not sure on specific dates on any, but i think one was the 5th or 7th Jan, the other the 14th?

Me as a dealer, when the boat leaves America we get a message with the boat name and use www.vesselfinder.com to track the ship. If you speak to your salesperson he or she will be sent this information.

I have forwarding the email to the customers to keep them updated every step of the delivery process.

Good to hear but you are sadly the exception amongst dealers.

This should be the standard service that a dealer provides.
I update customers every month even if there is nothing to update with. I treat customers like I would want to be treated and hearing no update is better than no news at all!!!

Sounds like your a one off. You should spread the word a bit as you can first hand see how frustrating it is for some people.

Out of interest what lead time are you giving customer for delivery if ordered today?
There are 2 of us on here both ordered within 2 weeks of each over. I have been told 9 months, he has been told March 2017!
