I'm not allowed to reveal too much about it - some people might not like seeing their car posted all over the internet - especially as its fresh off the truck so still has all the plastic on the seats etc. What did you want to see and i'll see what i can do

Oh yes I love the Ruby Red, I wasn't sold on it until I saw one in the metal in the states
Welcome :) thanks for the photo. That is truly a great colour...

One question springs to mind - what is the deal with the number plates being fitted? Assuming those massive plastic frames come with the car? Would dealers fix number plates directly to the bumper if requested? I haven't got a bracket which would remove the need for drilling holes but I think I would prefer the no plate attached directly to the bumper...

On my S197, rather than drill the bumper, I mounted it to the lower grill. Looked much better.

Shame we have a have a front bumper at all. Could always install a 'Sto-n-sho' instead I suppose?

I have a sto-n-sho which my dealer reckons they'll fit no problem (we'll see). If they can't (not Ford part, etc) then I'll be fairly strenuously requesting my plate is fixed with tape and the large plastic plate mounts are not fitted.

Welcome

For someone that isn't in the sales department, you just made a sale on your online shop

Just some postcards for now, but you've got some very cool stuff on there :)

Hi Guys,

Long time reader, first time poster. I am a Mustang fan, who works for a Ford dealership - I am not in the sales department,
Ps - see www.facebook.com/kentmustang if you wanted to know more about the dealership (their Mustang based facebook page).

:) Just meant if there was any restrictions in a dealer fitting a non-Ford part to a new customer order. The part is designed to fit and if the dealer won't/can't then it'll be on within 15 minutes of getting home!

Dealer doesn't see a problem, as I say

Hey wow thanks! Yes I have made one too many purchases from there myself, I have the stickers on my laptop, lanyard and models :D

For fitting of plates - there was no fitting kit that we could find in the car, so customers preference on mounting. If they want to use their own mounting kit i'm sure our technicians won't mind fitting. Otherwise will probably be fixed directly to the bumper without drilling.

Depends on your dealer, but our guys are pretty flexible so would accommodate what you preferred.

PS - I can't remember where i saw it posted, but I remember someone asking about car covers.. and yes - they Mustang arrives with a car cover. Ask your dealer to keep it!

I intend semi-permanently fixing the stowable part into the bracket as I won't need to remove it very often, if at all. I just want the plate off the bumper.

Try this one from Craig's custom mustang brackets

No screws, also if we are getting performance pack front diffuser the s n s one won't fit according to the vid.

There is a fitment for the performance pack splitter, which i believe I have :)

The cosmetic mods I have at the moment may or may not make it onto the car.
